ProjectPlan.com comprises of 5 main sections, as shown below:

Menu: The menu bar allows you to open and save your projects as well as perform other project and task level features.

Buttons: These buttons allow you to perform task level functions, like add and remove tasks, cut / copy / paste tasks or add notes and milestones.

Columns: This area is comprised of a series of data columns which allow you to manipulate your tasks. These columns help you change the start and end dates and other task data such as duration and assigned resources.

Schedule: In this area, you can see your project data graphically in the form of a schedule. You can click on any schedule bar and drag it to change the start or end dates, percent complete or create links.

Task Information: In this area, you can change any of the task level data. It provides an alternative to using the Column area to change task data, so you can see it all in one neat little panel.
