ProjectPlan.com started out as online project planning software, but now includes a wealth of additional features helping you to manage projects. This includes an intuitive dashboard that tells you if you are on track at all times, as well as project reporting and online file storage.
The core features of project plan.com include the ability to be able to create and manage your plans online as well as see the status of your projects on the dashboard and in the reports. In addition, you can add timesheets, expenses, risks, issues and changes to track your projects online.
There are three ways in which this tool will help you:
- It allows you to create project plans online so that you and your colleagues can see a list of tasks that are required to complete your project from start to finish.
- As you update each task with the percent complete and actual effort, the project dashboard and reports update automatically saving you time and effort.
- You can share your project plans with your colleagues by providing them with online access, e-mailing your plans to your colleagues, as well as exporting your plans to Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.

On the pricing page we have a number of package offerings which you can sign up to. The basic pricing model is $25 per month for the first user and $10 per month for each additional user. You can customise the pricing model to be applicable to any number of users that you wish. You can increase and decrease the number of users at any time.
Yes. You don’t have to buy bulk licenses upfront and pay an annual maintenance fee, as well as training and consulting services. Instead, simply sign up and pay on a monthly basis. You get free upgrades, it’s cheaper and lower risk.
At any time, you can e-mail us to cancel your account. We will immediately e-mail you asking for confirmation and to see if there are any problems with your account that we can fix to keep you on board as a customer. After receiving final confirmation from you, we will immediately cancel your account. Note: We will not cancel your account until this final confirmation has been received.
We have a "no refunds" policy as it is a month by month subscription service that you can cancel at any time. Treat it like your Internet provider, in that you pay while the service is made available for you. If you don't use the service then it is not a reason for receiving a refund.
Project plan.com is online project planning software so you don't need to download it to your PC and go through the hassle of an installation or activation process. It's really simple as you only need to sign up and start using it immediately online.

Yes. When you sign up, you get 30 days for free. After that you are charged on a monthly basis.

Using it

Every page in the system has an export button which allows you to export the data to back it up to your PC if you wish. We perform full backups every day and incremental backups hourly.
